Gavin Quotes

As we drove to Scheels yesterday Gavin asked me to spell the following words:

"Mommy spell shapes and numbers."

"Mommy spell road and lights and cars."

"Mommy spell hexagon and octagon."

"Mommy spell diamond and circle."

(Me) "Ok Gavin, no more spelling. Mommy needs to try and be very careful while we find the store."

"Mommy spell careful."

To 2 different ladies at 2 different stores:

Gavin: "Hi!"

Lady: "Well hello. What's your name?"

Gavin spells: "G A V I N."

Gavin loves to walk around and find the numbers on each of the buildings in our complex

"Look mommy, I find the 6! Upside down 6 is a 9!"

"I run really supah fast to numba 7 and mommy walks. (And as he's running) I So Fast!"

Gavin: "I don't like snakes!"

Me: "I don't like snakes either."

Blair: "Gavin, I like snakes!"

Gavin: "I like snakes too!"

Me: "Gavin, would like a sandwich for lunch?"

Gavin: Umm actually love, I want toast."

Me: "Gavin, what did you dream about last night?"

Gavin: "Monkeys at the zoo! Teddy bah dream about zebras at the zoo!"

At the very quiet library:

Gavin shouts: "Mommy need to go potty?"

Me: "No, not this time. Let's be quiet at the library."

Gavin still shouting: "Mommy not go potty at the library??" 

I guess I go a lot. Lovely.
